False Positive DDoS (l7ddos) blocked all my legit customer traffic

I already set my WAF, my security level to essentially off, DDoS override still doesnt able to fix the issue.

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email.

Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

Cloudflare updated the Terms of Service on Dec 3, 2024 to explicitly call out that proxy services, like a VPN service, are prohibited from running on Cloudflare's network unless explicitly approved.

Users can download it and begin connecting through Cloudflare at no cost on every major operating system.

Hi,I wanted to share some feedback regarding your recent policy of blocking CDN domains. In our country, unfortunately, Cloudflare Warp is blocked, and we rely on CDN as an alternative to access the internet securely and reliably.

Blocking these domains creates significant issues for us, as we have no other reliable options to maintain connectivity. I kindly request you reconsider blocking CDN domains since many of us use them as a workaround due to these restrictions.

I guess GFW paid CF to block domains cause they became desperate about blocking new techniques.
