ive tried contacting their support email at support@cloudflare.com and they said "We are no longer accepting Support requests at this email address."
so i tried support@cloudflare.zendesk.com that seems to create a support request that gets closed immediately and an Email is sent that says "Thank you for contacting Cloudflare Support. Your issue has been marked as Resolved in our system. If you require further assistance, simply reply to this email"
and if i reply it seems to close between 2 and 15 minuets later with no response

If it's reachable then you should also confirm that Cloudflare IPs aren't being blocked at a firewall at your host. Some hosts do this because of a misconfigured firewall that doesn't allow Cloudflare IPs, or doesn't understand the IPs are shared and blocks them.

Cloudflare Registrar can only use Cloudflare nameservers. You'll need to transfer the domain out in order to use non-Cloudflare nameservers.

If it's not a site you own, you wouldn't be able to contact Cloudflare about issues with it, since you're not the site owner.

https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Main_Page loads for me, but if it doesn't for you, very possible they used a distributed setup and it's something location specific. Your best route would be to contact the site operators with the issue, who would be able to look into and determine which side its on/etc

Can you lay out a few more details? This isn't your website, just one you're having issues accessing consistently? Other Cloudflare websites like https://www.cloudflare.com work fine? (I mean you're connecting to Discord behind CF fine, but if all other CF websites work fine, easy way of isolating the issue) You always get 522, what's the actual rendered error page?

other cloudflare pages seem to work fine
ive tried public wifi home wifi and mobile data without success
VPNs and TOR seem to work but slow everything down

Yea, that with the 522 makes it sound like a origin issue on bulbapedia's end. You mentioned other sites working too, if you try https://quincy.cf-test.chaika.me/hey for example, it loads fine, and if you look at the response headers CF-Ray you see the same SJC-PIG and such?

I deleted a domain from Cloudflare 3 hrs ago but it's still redirecting website to Plesk login page
I always use CF but that time this is the first time it happens. there is no file in plesk and there is no records in Domain provider
but it is still redirecting to Plesk loging
