i got banned for no reason

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request the removal of the ban on my account, ID: 512333569. My account was banned due to an alleged association with cheaters. However, I would like to clarify that I have never played with cheaters nor was I aware of any such activity.
I play with my followers through the team code feature and have always followed the rules of the game. I had no intention of participating in any unfair practices and I sincerely believe that this ban was the result of a misunderstanding.
I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing this matter and lifting the ban on my account. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service . Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
