WAre you dual-booting with Windows 11? If so boot into Windows 11. Select the option to restart rather than shutdown and see if the Wifi gets picked up then (Windows might be locking the hardware in a semi hibernate state)

WYeah always select restart rather than shutdown or you can turn off the fast startup feature in windows (or just turn off Hibernate in Windows if you don't use it)
