WWell, they answered me that they use a VPN. I already answered that I don't use their service as a VPN or proxy. The truth is that this affects my end users more. They should have sent me an email to let me know. I think I'll have no choice but to change to another CDN provider. It's a shame. I've been with Clfare for more than 3 years 
WOne last question, is there a way for Cloudflare to give me permission to use it as a "VPN" since it detects my current service like that? Or is it definitely not possible? Because in my application it has helped me a lot since it does not generate much latency in the connection of my users when connecting to each other.

EThis is the EXACT thing I came looking for on the free tier. I too want to find a way so if an ip visits a url like
/wp-admin then that IP address gets totally blocked by the WAF. I see in the API documentation that the firewall is depreciated and to use WAF instead. But just like @Rapid I don't know the solution.
