Hello, I am in a difficult situation.

I took over IT for a client. As the final step in the process, in the Google Admin Portal, I reset the password for the admin account.
This is the same account I've made hundreds of connections with in the last several weeks - Google has my IP and access history.

Now, I'm locked out - I cannot use the password I changed. Google wants a recovery code or 2FA. The 2FA is not on the IT phone given to me by the company and receiving messages is not an option.

I began trying to verify the domain with google, which needs cloudflare access. Cloudflare login needs a 2FA which - again - is unavailable.

I am in contact with the business owner who is willing to provide all necessary information - billing records, photo id, etc.

How can I talk to a PERSON at either of these companies?

I tried Google's chat feature and the site has an error when I submit the form.

I tried a Cloudflare phone number and it only told me to sign in.

Free just gets a super limited "free ruleset" that can't be specifically disabled but shouldn't really false positive with anything. You could still use custom rules to override though. Are you having issues/checked Security -> Events for the causing service?

It's a managed rule, but what are you trying to do exactly? Skipping everything isn't a good idea, and there's some things that you can't skip like Bot Fight mode. If you have something being blocked, look under Security -> Events first and find the block, then craft a precise rule to skip it, if it's a false positive

Do you have any blocks under Security -> Events that could match them? Bot Fight Mode (Security -> Bots), is for example, way more likely to cause issues if enabled, and not disable by Custom Rules

I need help with a domain issue after migrating to Cloudflare Registrar:

I was already using Cloudflare to manage my .com.com domain.
I migrated my .com.com domain from my previous registrar to Cloudflare Registrar.
I followed the instructions to update the nameservers (they were different from the previous ones).
My domain has been in "pending" status for over 5 days now.

shows as HEALTHY, are not working anymore (getting an Argo Tunnel error 1033).
I opened a support ticket with Cloudflare several days ago, but there's been no response, and I’m unsure what to do next. I'm hesitant to change configurations further to avoid impacting my services.

Hi everyone,

I’m new here and would appreciate your help. A domain was recently removed from GoHighLevel, and now we’re trying to add it back, but it shows the error: "AAAA record conflict. Please remove all AAAA records."

GHL support advised me to contact Cloudflare to request the removal of the multiple AAAA records on the backend, as only A, CNAME, and MX records are visible in the DNS settings.

Does anyone know how I can reach Cloudflare support or if there’s a way to remove these records on my own?

I added the custom nameservers but until now they haven't updated a thing which cause my client not able to receive or sent emails that I helped to create on the Cpanel.

The downside of using cloudflare registrar is that your nameservers must be the cloudflare ones, because they sell domains at-cost and don't make money off them

This is the biggest challenge and to transfer it, they need me to have registered my domain for at least 60 days ago. They put my nameserver under pending, they're the ones who I registered to and they don't want to change a little thing like that!
