LODs disappear in the singleplayer worlds generated by Arnis

All of pre-generated LODs outside my render distance are rendered correctly, but once I've been there and then left, most of them are replaced with air.
I only noticed this problem with flat worlds. DH works fine with the default type worlds.

I use default DH settings, only changed the quality preset to "extreme" and CPU load to "I paid for the whole CPU"
