Unable to play VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender (GOG)

It installs with HGL, but won't play which is the Linux version... (Don't want to use the windows version..)

Right, but you can still run the Windows version on Linux (through Wine/Proton)
Usually the Windows version is more up-to-date and has more features (Linux versions, especially when they were created years ago, often don't work anymore)

Yeah this game wants an old version of a library. Can't get that anymore
You could either screw around with the "Use Steam Runtime" option in Heroic (although I'm not sure whether it works in the Flatpak version), or just install the Windows version of the game & use that

For what reason? I pretty much new with Linux here dude so makes me a young penguin chick here..... Steam Deck is my gateway to Linux...
