You could enable a VPN in another country to test hitting a different Cloudflare colo, but otherwise it's just down to routing over the internet with your ISP, Cloudflare, etc.

Ok, I have read in the documentation that Build caching can only be used for JavaScript frameworks. I will disable the Zola template code for image processing and use a dynamic image transformation provider to speed up the build time.
