Just need support - tickets don't seem to get replies to email.
I just need to ask a question, but all I'm learning from the help center is that people aren't getting an email saying their ticket was answered. I need to get an EPP code emailed to me but due to the domain now being connected to wix (but not transferred) I can't manage anything to do with that domain. I literally just need to talk to a human why is this so hard?
