Cloudflare doesn't proxy email (except for specialized products like Area1 or Email Routing), so it will be entirely up to what/any software you're running on the email server itself.

probably, cloudflare was even using google trust services for quite a while before google made the service publicly available so it wouldnt surprise me theyd get access to ecdsa early as well
