Video corruption
I’m having an issue with a PC I put bazzite on. I’m having crazy video corruption or something until I do one of:
a) switch to desktop mode, switching back to gaming mode no longer has issues
b) launch a game
c) unplug then replug hdmi cable

Solution
enable developer options
then enable
the issue is that gamemode and your screen is disagreeing about HDR so the other way to fix it is to make sure its enabled or disabled on both in steam and the display
however if moving the mouse for example fixes it, then just enable force composite
