what i heard v sync make you get more latency , is it true ? should i turn it on or not ? my fps can reach 200 tho , my monitor is 165hz

Don't turn vsync on it does give you latency and limits fps

Unless you have an issue like screen tearing or fps drops keep it off.

Then keep it on, 165 hz is a lot and the "latency" issue is too minor.
