Wrong time/ language format on login screen

I made the mistake of installing the Bazzite KDE with American English instead of British English since I wanted to use my system in English and prefer US spelling. But the time and date formats are wrong(I use 24h clock and day/month/full year format), I changed them in the system and that works for the system and lock screen but I can't find a way to change this format on Login screen. I'm pretty sure it's tied to the language since I tested it in VM before switching to bazzite full on and used a different language there.

I tried searching online but couldn't find the solution. Is there any way to change the Login screen as well?
Solution
Accidentally stumbled upon solution when I was about to go to sleep. As I suspected it is tied to the language. If you want to change that format or language on login screen as well:

Open up /etc/locale.conf and there will be a code, in my case it was en_US.UTF-8, I changed it to en_GB.UTF-8 after looking it up. This changes the time and date format on the login screen but all your desktop user options stay the same. In you want any other time/date/language look up something like 'linux locale list', as far as I know the .UTF-8 part needs to stay the same. Save the file, restart the system and it's all good.

*If you have the desired time format set on your desktop you can go to the terminal and type
locale
(it lists all you settings in region & language menu) and just copy the code at LC_TIME= line.
