Audio dropping out during gameplay

Hi there. I am using an Asus ROG Ally Z1E, bios version 341, Bazzite is fully up to date.

When playing a game, typically one speaker loses sound after a few minutes (not always the same amount of minutes), sometimes the left one, sometimes the right one. Rebooting the device brings it back. And I notice quite often that the sound crackles as well. For example in the startup sequence.

Did some searches which suggested updating the bios to 341, but mine's already on that bios. Any ideas?
