Steam jumpscare during typical gameplay
During normal gameplay Steam will randomly re-launch and appear in front of the game, pulling focus from the game as well. this is notably annoying when playing a fast-paced shooter as you can imagine. It usually happens when I launch games from the normal mode, I haven't seen it happen in big picture mode (though I also haven't played with big picture mode much).
I searched around for "steam opening" and got nothing that appears like this issue. I don't believe I'm accidentally pressing anything specifically either since it'll only occur once. I play with a keyboard and mouse any my only thought would be a default keybind doing this (I don't believe that to be the case)
where should I look for maybe fixing this?
