Size Advice: Winter Jacket

I need your opinion on deciding between two winter jackets. Both are the same model, but in different sizes.

Jacket A (Size L, red):

• Sleeves longer (maybe too long)
• Roomy, lots of freedom of movement
• Biceps & shoulders look a bit bulky

Jacket B (Size M, green):

• Fits more slim, almost too tight with a bigger sweater
• Sleeves fit exactly as I like
• Biceps not very bulky

I'm torn. L is comfortable and spacious, but maybe too big. M fits better but might be too tight, especially with thick sweaters underneath. Right now I am wearing a big hoodie and it fits just ok.

Which one would you choose?
