How can I protect my elastic beanstalk servers using zero trust?

Hello everyone, I have an elastic beanstalk managing my EC2 instances and I wanna use cloud flare zero trust to allow only authorized users to access my highly critical API.

my question is, how do I do it?

Yeah. Access is free for under 50 people so I would look that that
