I was wondering if I could get some assistance on our baselime account which appears to be acting very buggy.
We saw some strange behaviour in the dashboard when our admin tried to give admin status to another team member.

This removed admin status from everyone and now we are all “contributors”. I’m not sure if these problems are connected but we also started seeing that our query pages were failing. When we would try going into a query it would flash something useful and then immediately go to an empty screen. Essentially we would see some UI and then it would almost immediately go blank.
Our dashboard right now has gone completely empty - we have zero environments and no logs displaying

Do you know if @opentelemetry/sdk-trace-node works correctly in cloud flare worker?

I have been trying to make automatic instrumentation via otel-cf-workers work, but for my usecase (one service spawns others via queue produce/consume) I just cannot make it work correctly, so if possible i would just like to manually configure the tracing.

Okay, I've checked. it doesn't. Some runtime errors appear when trying to execute the sdk initialization. Unless I did sth wrong.

It does not. If you want a 3rd party solution this is great https://github.com/evanderkoogh/otel-cf-workers but its worth reading through the issues and making sure you don't need something that doesn't currently work

Yeah, this is what i wrote in first message i had been using, but it does not properly instrument queue interaction, and also somehow makes it giga hard to manually extract tracing context from custom sources (eg queue message payload)

I believe the worker log dashboard is broken in loading more
No matter time frame, it returns a few log lines and cannot load more when scrolling bottom

Is it possible that CF is dropping packages if 2 requests (2 websocket messages exchanges in my case) between my origin and a Durable Object happen too fast?
I'm sending 2 messages at 8 to 10ms distance between each others and they don't appear in Logs and the Durable Object is not responding back to my origin.

When adding some ms timeout on the server it picked them up correctly

I recently connected my OTEL setup to Baselime via the OtplExporter in .NET. I've got everything working, except for the traceId and spanId. I'm sending the correct traceId and spanId to Baselime, but it somehow turns it into a comma-separated byte array? This is causing the logs to be disconnected from the traces. Something I miss in the new Worker metrics is seeing the p50, p75, etc for request duration. I feel like that would be useful more than the p50 and such from wall time, as request duration is what's actually visible to the end-user.
Would love to get more insights in the metrics that actually affect my users

Worker metrics can be inspected for up to three months in the past in maximum increments of one week.

which seems to outdated, as you can now view up to a month. Also it seems like you can't go past a month in the dash at least, because trying to look further than a month ago gives

Hey everyone, how can I implement baselime into my nextjs app hosted on cloudflare pages? Hey, I was wondering if there is any project in the wild to orchestrate workers in the local environment.
As my app grows, I find myself working with 10-15 microservices each one corresponding to a worker connected to others by service bindings.
This is getting annoying to develop on dev since I need to start as many terminals at once on my localhost and (although they are connecting through each others) it's kinda hard to keep track of all off them,.

I was wondering if there is something like an orchestrator to start all of them in parallel and maybe share logs across a single or nicer interface, I understand this is no small task to develop but if there is already a poject of such I'd love to know and also to contribute to

What are you logging that is over 128KB? At that point any text you log is likely to run into issues even rendering in the log viewer

Is there any way to arbitrarily query logs, or is it limited only to viewing through dashboard UI? I'd like to be able find out things like number of requests that resulted in status codes (200, 4xx, 5xx) for a given time frame? Or even just number of log messages matching a filter, etc.
