Problem with first layer EXTRUDER_TEMP in COPY and MIRROR mode
When I print in mirror or copy mode, the first layer temp for extruder T1 is set to the settings of filament in slicer... instead of being synchronized with T0 temp. Something to fix in the START_PRINT macro?
