I wasn't unbanned after a temporary suspension

Don't know if y'all can help me with this, my account was set to be unbanned on 06/02/2025 for a temporary suspension, we're 22 february and my account remains banned. I've raised a ticket but still no answer and account still banned. Any suggestions on what I should or need to do exactly? Much appreciated
