unable to update my system since last week becuase of tailscape being banned

it says

so I am facing the following issues number 1. 
gamemoderun %command%
 crashes number 2. image viewer becomes laggy after i use it (btw I can't copy from it so I have to wait ages for gimp to open or I have to take screenshot so if anyone knows a better image viewer let me know) number 3 starbound crashes on GPU. So i think my system has became outdated because I was putting off fixing this issue so I didnt update my system for a while, but now I have to update it.

I tried moving to a completely different place and different wifi, that didn't fix it, and I tried connecting to my phones internet, that didn't fix it either. And the country I am in is one of the ones where they block VPNs so they probably blocked this "tailspace" but I think it should just skip it when I update bazzite so that it doesn't just completely cancel the update.
