wrangler initwrangler init is very old. I'd recommend you use npm create cloudflare@latestnpm create cloudflare@latest and that should get you going with similar questions.

I’d recommend following through here. The npm create cloudflarenpm create cloudflare command should also have a hono selection if you want to try that though.
