It can't be recovered—that's only possible for up to six months. And before you ask, no, there are no support agents to help you, and this Discord server is not responsible. Unfortunately, your best option is to create a new account.

They won’t count. I have to say, it’s sad to see that PUBG Mobile has such terrible support, but they only handle account recovery through the in-game form. You must use that—anyone claiming they can connect you with Tencent support is fake.

In your case, your request will be denied since it has been more than six months.
