TThe game crashes often while loading mods or just freezes.
Everytime if all the mods are loaded and everything seems fine, the game just closes while joining a world (Multiplayer) with no error code/crash report most of the time.
I can't find a solution.

Cin the logs you've posted makes it seem like an error either with rain overhaul, or a write error originating with either vanilla code or another mod. so id recommend disabling rain overhaul, then disable half of active mods until it works, then re-enable 1-by-1 till you find the correct one
