Verification code issue

@pubgmobile i am not receiving verification code on my phone number i even followed all the instructions given by security centre but when i try to file claim , it says use a regular device even though im using my regular gaming phone

Solution
If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:

  1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
  2. Please kindly check whether you have safelisted these 2 email accounts, "noreply@pubgmobile.com" and "service@pubgmobile.com".
  3. Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
  4. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
If the problem persists, please reach out to the customer service via in-game or by sending an email to service@pubgmobile.com.
