Verification code
My email was hacked and i lost my pubg account, i finally got a message that my claim was approved, and i could login via verification code. But i am trying to do that and i am not receiving any of codes. Can you help me overcome this situation so i can login to my account.?

I don't understand your question, but like i am using my new email that i have access to. It's the one that was approved by pubg
Like they sent a message saying, i can login by using my new email through verification code
This is the guy that hacked. Pubg sent me a message that my claim has been approved, then how is it possible that here the account was active 3 hours ago? Is pubg just playing with me or what. If that is so then it is sooo messed up and imma make a video on it. It can't be possible i am trying soo hard here and pubg just messing with me what is this????

1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
2. Please check whether you have white-listed these 2 email accounts, "noreply@pubgmobile.com" and "service@pubgmobile.com."
3. Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
