That's not a Cloudflare page, nor does that website use Cloudflare's CDN/Proxy. You'd have to contact your host

I did I contacted spaceship but they told be to contact cloudflare

Spaceship is your Registrar, Cloudflare's your DNS host, your website host is someone else
Well, could be spaceship for the website host too, but I assume they would have told you

Looks like FastComet is the website host
