Blacklisted email?

One of our customers was setting up an mail box but didn't wait long enough for propagation. They're claiming that due to the initial bounce, they're no longer receiving Kinde emails. Do you guys do any blacklisting on your side?

Hi Danslo, Thanks for reaching out about the issue with your mailbox. From what you’ve described, it appears that the initial bounce was caused by incomplete mailbox propagation. When a new mailbox isn’t fully set up, some emails may bounce back during the early stages. This bounce can sometimes trigger external email filters—even though Kinde itself doesn’t perform any blacklisting. In short: - Mailbox Propagation: If the mailbox isn’t fully propagated (including DNS and related settings), emails might bounce temporarily. - External Filtering: These bounces can cause your email provider to flag subsequent emails until the propagation is complete. - No Blacklisting by Kinde: We don’t actively blacklist email addresses on our end. To resolve this, please ensure the mailbox is fully set up and consider whitelisting our sending domain with your email provider. Once propagation is complete, you should start receiving Kinde emails without any issues. Let me know if you need any further assistance Hi Danslo, I wanted to check in and see if your customer is still experiencing issues receiving Kinde emails. If the problem persists, we can look into further troubleshooting steps. If everything is resolved, I'll go ahead and close this request. In the meantime, feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
