do i get it right that partyserver is not just a v2 but also worker specific? (i never knew partykit worked “standalone”)

I've not worked enough with partykit to really know the exact difference, but from what I can tell partyserver is supposed to give more flexibility/customisability compared to partykit.
Partykit worked a bit more out-of-the-box and handled things like the DO + wrangler.toml largely behind-the-scenes, but this new package seems to be more tailored towards use cases where you want to host it on your own Cloudflare account and have more customisability

The most common feature request for PartyKit was using it with other Cloudflare services: D1, Hyperdrive, R2, etc. And I didn't want to port over every one of them

So we built a

version that Just Works™ with Workers.

Can anyone help? I moved to Cloudflare, and now I can't send emails using mobile or any other app. It keeps saying it's unable to connect, showing an incorrect email or password error. However, webmail is working fine.
