can’t get to launch from the store. stock apps open but not ones downloaded from the store
Apps such as qbittorrent, VLC isn’t opening.

Aokay so it actually works when running from the terminal. if you tap on continue the app should just run like normal, then once it gets to normal vlc view you can exit

Aim not sure what could be causing this tbh, since it was working well on my end when i had KDE bazzite-deck (on gnome now and it's going well)

Aanother thing i have on top of my head is you can try installing a menu entry editor and see if qbittorrent and vlc are listed
and of course if you installed an ISO from a while ago you can try running a system update and reboot

Aif it is a KDE bug then a future KDE update would fix it (you don't have to do anything, just run system updates)
Awell idk when you downloaded the iso lol since you mentioned you've been trying for some time to install
CI downloaded the iso just today. A fresh copy from the bazzite website

Abut they are actually installed to your system (as proven by running
flatpak run APP-IDI think main menu is for gnome only
Aehh not really, main menu works for non-GNOME systems it just uses a GTK interface
and alacarte isn't in flathub, so you won't find it in discover either
