Frequent device
Hello!
I’m still experiencing issues with recovering my hacked account. I’ve attempted both the in-game tool and the recovery form, but none worked. I keep encountering messages on this discord about submitting a claim via a “frequently used device.”
I submitted the claim using the device where I played the most (over the past two years), but I haven’t logged in much on that device recently, especially a couple months before the account was compromised. Additionally, this device isn’t the one I last used to sign in.
Does this device still qualify as a trusted device for submitting a claim? I also submitted a claim via the last device I signed in. I know the information of the claim are correct because I have emails and screenshots to back up everything. I'm thinking it must be a device problem. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
