if you have an unproxied record and proxied record to the same thing, it's saying "hey you're exposing it anyway"

I had the same issue. So I created .npmrc file in the root directory of my project and added this single line of text to it:

legacy-peer-deps=true

legacy-peer-deps=true

Then after pushing this change to the main branch, Cloudflare build worked like cream.

The AAAA record is not valid, there's also the issue of is your server allows you using CF SSL to initate proxy.
