Extruder Temperature Destabilization
Hello, I have run into a bit of an issue. During printing, the temperature starts to fluctuate, eventually exceeding the verification range, and erroring out. When I simply set the extruder to the same temperature, it holds it rock solid (+/- 0.5C), even with the fan on.
Here is my override, as I have the rapido 2.0 non-PT1000.
-----------------------OVERRIDE----------------------
[extruder]
dir_pin: e_dir_pin
sensor_type: ATC Semitec 104NT-4-R025H42G
#pullup_resistor: 2200
rotation_distance: 4.71 # Orbiter 2 default
pressure_advance: 0.0275
-----------------------AUTOPID-----------------------
## [extruder]
## control = pid
## pid_kp = 29.698
## pid_ki = 1.571
#*# pid_kd = 140.324
Images show the destabilization during printing, and how stable it is when not printing. I have tried using two different slicers.
Any suggestions on what tests I can run?
