7-day account ban
Hey guys, I hope you all doing well. I was banned for 7 days due to an outstanding UC balance. The thing I mistakenly refunded from my Apple account and I didn’t get my refund from them. Now I was banned for a week. I can’t place a file claim as it shows 0 penalty found for this account. I already paid the amount to Pubg mobile which I claim refund. Besides Uc is deducting from my account automatically. I don’t know what to do now because I claimed a refund and didn’t get a refund as well and I paid extra to Pubg Mobile which I owe them as per their request. Now I can’t access my account for a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all

For non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
