Two accounts flagged / 7-day temporary ban

#questions Hello Admin / Moderator, I need a little help regarding my account ban. My main account got flagged and banned for 7 days during a match, and the reason shown is “Modifying the game code or data.” I play on an iPhone 16 Pro Max (not jailbroken), and I never used any cheats, mods, or third-party tools. After that, I played 5–6 matches on my second account (same device), and the next morning that account was also flagged for 7 days. I’m confused because I didn’t use anything illegal — could this be happening due to using multiple accounts on the same device? Lately, I’ve also noticed many players are getting flagged suddenly — could you please explain why this is happening and what we can do to prevent it?
Solution:
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support. And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

It's not your fault, game itself is sht and banning everyone. Plenty of people has same problem as you. me aswell Don't expect anything from support here. they'll answer same sht always. Copy-paste answers.

If we could fix everything just by appealing in-game, then why are we even here on Discord? And if that’s the only answer, then what’s the point of having admins or moderators here?😂

Mods here only moderate this discord server, don’t confuse them with actual PUBG mobile staff. The only people here with ties to Pubgm have the Tencent role. There is only ingame support and the community form.
