7 day ban???
Somebody can talk about this problem?? This is bug, I’m absolutely sure. So many people have received this notification and no one could explain the situation clearly. Support centre ignored my mail and answered according to the scripts. Online in pubgm is falling. There are 40,000 to 50,000 players per day, although the number was twice as high a year ago. But the problem with unfair bans remains.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been non-permanent suspensions, you can submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.

I got banned too with same reason but they are not responding

I didn't break any rules, and no one could break the rules with me. I've already filed an appeal, but it's unsuccessful. It would be better if you showed the replay of the freeze, but you have very secret databases that you don't disclose
Don’t you think its a little bit suspicious that everyone getting 1 week ban. Maybe something is messed up in pubg mobile ban system.
