Lagging when shooting?

Idk if its just me, but I have a very good pc like, 500-800 fps in game, and steady 30 ping, yet this happens only when I get shot at? any fix?

No, for me it was like I would be able to play perfectly fine but every 10-14 bullets I would have a 1 second stutters which would lead to me dying
