If I have a domain (for example: main.mydomain.com) that is proxied, why when creating a CNAME pointing to it (pointingtomain.mydomain.com) with the proxy disabled, points to the server IP instead of main.mydomain.com Cloudflare IPs?

If I add a different domain instead, I will need to create a cloudflare account, etc in order to have it proxied?

What are you trying to do?
In the same account, Cloudflare will do "smart" things like that to resolve better/avoid issues

If you tried doing that from another Cloudflare account, it'd not respond to any of your requests unless you setup CF For SaaS and used that

If you're having to complete turnstile checks continually, I'd recommend taking a look at the privacy pass extension which I think should reduce that

If you're running a legit browser with no funky extensions and are still getting blocked by a site, you'll want to reach out to the operator of that site so that they can check their WAF logs in Cloudflare to see what factors are causing you to get blocked
