I’m reaching out once again regarding a persistent issue related to the anti-cheat system (VAN 152). I have already submitted three tickets about this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response or a clear explanation as to the origin of the problem.
I am convinced that this is a mistake caused by your anti-cheat system. My request was closed without specifying the exact reason for the restriction, which is particularly frustrating. I have provided all the necessary information, including my Riot ID and email address, in an effort to demonstrate my good faith.
Therefore, I kindly ask if it would be possible to re-examine my case with greater transparency. I would like to understand what triggered this restriction and, if no violation was committed on my part, for the error to be corrected as soon as possible.
