TML crash on startup

TML crashing on startup, It cannot get past loading just the basic hooks, I've tried everything I believe, installed .net 8.0.0 runtimes and sdk individually, installed xna on it's own, but still I can't load it without any mods. Even tried deleting tmod and terraria, reinstalling those a bunch of times, started terraria before tmod, deleted workshop folder, steam cache, but it still can't get past the default no mods load.
I'm on windows 10, latest/default/none TML version, steam.

If anyone knows how to fix this, that would be awesome.

I'll be honest chief - that be a new one. I'll poke around the code in a bit.

In the interim, is there any other mod loaders on your system? Just in case this is some weird interaction

there was r2modman, but I uninstalled that and deleted r2modman files I could find, since that also uses .net, there also was postgresql and microsoft sql, with I also uninstalled since that might've been doing smth with .net, checked the path, not much there and I even tried reinstalling both terraria and tmod again, start terraria first, then tmod and it still does the same thing, starts but cannot get past the modloader initialization

Ok, so, given that the issue is originating with .net 6 / .net 8, and I'm not seeing anything useful in logs, I'm not having much for ideas.

At this junction, I would try running tmod on a different drive than the E: drive you are using.
I might also suggest trying to run something like SMAPI to see if it has a similar issue

May yield other possibilities, but my very limited read so far suggests
1) .net modifying process, such as an app or malware
2) corrupted hard drive
3) corrupted windows update, try updating windows
4) ran out of disk space

I would try anything seeming remotely relevant from a Google search
