Fix for forge bliss shaders sky

Is there a fix for the sky being weird with bliss shaders and DH on forge yet?

This is a Bliss issue, there are 5 known potential fixes:

Turn shaders off and back on (repeat after each next fix)
Set transparency to complete in DH settings
Decrease or increase the DH RD by 2 - 8 chunks
Restart the game after applying all the previous fixes
Change the shader to different one

The thing is that this is not a Bliss exclusive bug

yeah i know, but since the command is bliss specific, it should also have the link to the github version

I myself would link it to unstable instead of main if I had too
But no matter that, I don’t think this happens with shaders without DH support, so if someone sees this that already have one of the correct Bliss versions

There are some more things present in the ShaderLabs equivalent command that could be added here though
