Beacon calibration failing during comissioning
I'm just assembling my first RatRig printer (first DIY, but fifth printer overall). I'm no stranger to DIY and the build went smoothly. My printer has passed virtually every commissioning step but one:
BEACON_RATOS_CALIBRATE
I've read a lot here about causes of this error, so I've tightened every bolt on the printer, I've tried hot-tightening the nozzle, changed the nozzle - everything I can think of. I've checked there's no play in the print head, my belts are evenly tensioned, but I always end up with the same error.
I've noticed that the beacon calibration always fails at the same step, when the print bed is set to 85C and the nozzle is at 150C and always at the same x/y on the bed:
I ran a bed mesh while the bed was at 85C and I noticed that the bed has changed shape from nearly completely flat at ~21C to having this hump in the middle at 85C. At this point, the The bed does have a slight twist at 21C (0.3mm) that I'm having a hard time removing. Could either of these be the cause of the beacon failing? I can't get past this step and it's driving me nuts!

Figured it out, there was a tiny bit of "stuff" (not sure what it was) stuck to the build plate and that was throwing off the beacon. Scraped it off and passed with flying colors!
