Automatic Beacon Calibration failing after saving

Hello,
Complete fresh install with newest RC on VCore 3.1. After running BEACON_RATOS_CALIBRATE BED_TEMP=85 and it going through it's process and saving, I'm getting the following error message on boot.

File contains no section headers.
file: '/home/pi/printer_data/config/printer.cfg', line: 2
'<---------------------- SAVE_CONFIG ---------------------->\n'

Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the "RESTART"
command to reload the config and restart the host software.
Printer is halted

Found it. Something this was put in twice in the printer.cfg file?
