Hi, i had a question about using high quality devices. i wanted to know that is this legal?)

Also, by saying "third-party applications," I don't mean those that modify the game code or interfere with game files. I mean applications that reduce unnecessary memory usage on the device and allocate more CPU resources to help reduce lag

So if the application doesn’t change any game files or interfere with the normal functionality of the game, and only works to reduce the memory usage of other applications, is it safe to use?

I’m just trying to make sure that using such tools won’t get me flagged or banned. They’re not meant to cheat or alter the gameplay — just to improve performance by freeing up system resources)
