I am attempting to recover my account that was hacked but it will only let me provide 1 screenshot as photo proof is there anything that can be done to submit more than 1 photo evidence? i just submit a claim

If you wish to submit multiple screenshots via the in-game recovery tool, you can upload the images or other supportive materials to a website/application like Google Drive. The average response time for the in-game recovery tool is also 7 working days. Requests submitted through the in-game tool are verified by the customer service team, meanwhile the requests on the community support form are verified by Error on the operations team.

They are two different teams that work on and support different areas of the game. While most players, like yourself, contact the customer service team first when they face an issue they may not always be happy with the results. That is why there is a community support form in place.
