Account Recovery Help

Hi, I had submitted an ingame recovery request for my stolen account (UID: 580438303). However, I was told that the account was in an 'unusual state' so my claim cannot be approved. I then submitted the recovery request through the Google form, but it says my account is 'currently ineligible and to use the in-game tool instead.' So this is kind of just making me go in circles. What would be the next step to recover my account? Thanks!

We cannot help you any further through the community if your recovery request submitted through https://pubgmobile.live/support was rejected/ineligible. You will need to reach out to the customer service via in-game or by sending an email to service@pubgmobile.com if you still require assistance or for any questions....
