Help! Been an issue for 2 years

I’ve been playing valorant for maybe 1/2 - 2 years. And I’ve always experienced technical problems. I’ve recently moved to a townhouse with a different cable network. And I’ve had a ping of 10-29ms. But my fps is at 57. So I tried installing Windows 11. And it sort of went to 80. But it stays at 57-60fps. I have a Acer Aspire Laptop. And I’ve been playing valorant on jt for a couple of years. And have always had this problem. I’m too broke to get a pc/desktop. And I don’t know what to do. Please help me ASAP

Google memstechtips / UnattendedWinstall. Thats what I use at least (thats for a fresh install)

Yes, i always have it charged + with tape bc my cord simply unplugs a lot
