Solution

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.

And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.

If you have tried submitting both the appeal form and the in-game file claim, and both have been rejected, that means your account will remain suspended.

If I truly did do something wrong I will take that, but I didn’t do anything wrong and I played a lot of games in my life, never had this happen

No, not possible. If that is the case, they can simply find any players’ numeric user identification within the game or leaderboard or anywhere. As long as you do not share your login credentials then you should be fine.
