Need Riot Support help
Hiii, two days ago while I was playing scrim with my GC team I got cheater detected. I don’t really know what to do with it Cus I never used any cheats or things like this. I checked my whole pc but I don’t have anything that I wouldn’t know about and I’ve never use any 3rd program software..
I really don’t know what to do and I already send a ticket. I would really appreciate some help, even a little one just to check it, because I feel like the person that was checking all of it don’t really care..

I got an answer from a bot. They are accusing me of cheating when I never did such a thing. My whole pc is clear and checked ://
When I texted them they were rude and just say that they know better and they won’t do anything about the ban. It’s just super unfair Cus I can proof that I don’t have anything on my pc and I didn’t share my acc

@junimo If thats okay for me to ping u I have a question. I notice that my message from Riot when it comes to my acc being LOCKED, not BANNED, is different. My acc got locked cus of "player reports and an automated gameplay review show that this acc used prohibited 3rd party tools to gain an unfair advantage". I can use different acc, I can log into different ones, @S got hardware BANNED and his message is different it says that "A review detected that actions of an acc playing on this device violated the user rules (e.t.c) This device is now restricted from access" I dont really understand what does it mean. I just got reported by players multiple times and the game after watching my gameplay think I'm cheating?
I'm a VCT GC player and I can proof with for example VOD from the match, cus during one I got banned, with the red screen. I can send my tracker, and everything. Bc this message sounds like I just got banned cus of the reports from other players and game thinking I'm using some kind of a 3rd party software
if your account got banned but your hardware isn't, it likely means someone else used your account and cheated

so my guess is the player support agent only looked into whether or not the account was banned for cheating but not whether it was compromised
it's clear you weren't the person who cheated on your account and someone else did because you are not hardware banned
All of my responds and tickets are not showing on the Riot Games webbsite, just on my email when I responded to them, The first ticket that have #113159552 ID
Then should I make another ticket and tell them to look up for different person loging into my acc?

your ip address probably changed on feb 15 from your usual location too, but I can't access that and you'd have to ask player support to investigate
in any case I'd change all your passwords immediately and set up 2fa on everything

I asked about different things in my tickets but the message is always the same. Even here the Riot Dev junimo told me that if I didnt get hardware banned for 3rd party software that was propably not me (it's clear you weren't the person who cheated on your account and someone else did because you are not hardware banned) message from above

I've send them screanshots of it, the screanshot of my ban info, its not the same as the one that person for the same thing 3rd party software got, they got insta hardware banned, but not me

If there was no violations on the acc, shouldn't I get hardware banned? At the beggining of the message it says that my account got locked cus of the players reports and automated gameplay review that "showed" that I was using some kind of a 3rd party software
If I’m not mistaken, Bans are delayed by couple matches or max a day.

If you check other threads, everyone is hijacking them. It’s just the way it works I guess. You can’t ping devs, but they might not see your thread or just ignore you
There is only a few that can solve software ban issues. So not everyone gets the attention

I got few codes on my email that I didnt request at all. I didnt share my account and even Isabella said that the ban should be from maybe few games before, or maybe a day max. But the only person that was playing then was me on my acc and my pc
